A Nigerian Smashed Usain Bolt Record, To Be The Fastest Man


Nigeria’s sprinter Divine Oduduru achieved another record has he put Nigeria in the radar of victory after he smashed Record holder Usain Bolt’s to become the fastest man in the world.

Divine who is currently a student of the Texas Tech University, broke a 10-year-old jinx after he competed in the 200m and finished 7th at the Rio Olympic Games four years ago, ran sub-10 over the weekend in an invitation.

Divine Oduduru became the fastest man in the world, after he ran the fastest time in 2019 as he broke Usian Bolt record, clocking a lifetime best of 9.94 (0.8 m/s) which he can beat any moment from now in any competitive fixture, at the Michael Johnson Invitational in Waco, Texas.His 100m PB, until the invitation, was 10.10 set in 2018.


He also smashed his 200m PB still stands at 20.08, running the fastest time this current year, 19.76.



He did not only shattered his own PB (20.08) in the 200m, his time would have won him gold at the 2016 Olympic Games 200m event, with Usain Bolt in the field. The Fastest Person In The World Now Is A Nigerian  ,Who Smashed Usain Bolt’s Record and we hope he does that at the next Olympics Game if Usian Bolt participate.
