Facebook, Messenger & Instagram Stopped Working For A While

A lot of users have been complaining that Facebook & Instagram isn't working at the moment. It is affecting almost all users around the world. The problem includes;

• Sending of messages 
• Receiving of messages 
• Posting of contents

Some say WhatsApp is also involved but it's fine for many users in various  countries but countries like; Nigeria, Bangladesh,  India,  Argentina, Paraguay and many others are affected. Although Brazilian are experiencing the most severe outages.

This problem also involves Desktop, showing that Messenger,  Instagram and Facebook can't load. Some might load but stop.
Instagram posts aren't loading too both on desktop and mobile. Stories were down, direct messages to users aren't sending also the posting of content too are affected.

Facebook responded on their Official Account after many complains -
"the issue is not related to DDoS attack."

Research shows that most parts of England are using these networks and it's running fine partially.
It also affects third party features, such as Spotify and may others.
Messages shown - "this feature isn't available right now"
This is quite disappointing for top apps like Facebook, Instagram & WhatsApp!
